We want you to be completely enamored with your Ted Baker purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker labels and tags remain intact and secure.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
